I’ve been using ProPay for a few years now. I don’t often have clients that want to pay by credit card, but I still needed an affordable merchant account option. ProPay is perfect:

For even more feature rich service from ProPay, upgrade to the Premium account for only a $59.95 annual fee, which enables you to also accept American Express and Discover, receive annual statements, process credit cards by phone (great for craft shows, etc..) and receive a higher processing limit than the Basic account offers.

In addition to the Basic and Premium plans, ProPay also offers a Premium Plus and Platinum plans. These plans offer the same features as the Premium plan, but with lower rates and higher processing limits.
