Dell Update

Just a quick update: I do believe my computers problems are resolved, mostly. Now my microphone isn’t working. :-\ At least I can live with that - for the time being.

Apparently my issues with the computer, at least in part, were the harddrives not being seated in properly. I had to remove all four drives (while trying to juggle the phone, talking to tech support) and reseat them. Let me tell you, it’s not as easy as it would seem! I felt like I was trying to do delicate surgery while on the phone!

Anyway, we got ‘er done! I am working as quickly as I can trying to get caught up with work. As soon as I make headway on that, I’ll post meatier, informational posts here in the blog.
