Happy New Year

Another year come and gone: where does the time go? Wherever it goes, it seems to be coming and going faster. Anyone else notice that? When I was a kid, it seemed time passed at a snails pace, now - we’ve moved to hare mode. :)

The new design and Joomla CMS system is up and running for Titus 2 Web Studios. I’ve done a lot of research over recent months, scoping out the competition, analyzing other local (St Louis metro) design firms and have restructured some things for the business: namely, pricing. New year - new rates.

Business in 2005 was absolutely phenomenal! Truly it was amazing to see how God blessed it! But I learned some lessons through the hustle and bustle wave of new clients: it’s time to get some help! No, not that kind of help! :-p Subcontractors to help lighten my work load. So I’m experiencing some growing pains, but nothing that can’t be dealt with.

I’m also weeding through some of my other committments and eliminating those that have not proven to be beneficial. One person can only do so much, and do them well, thus changes are in order.

So I’m ready for the new year, new clients and new adventures in life! May you all have a blessed and prosperous 2006!
